Meet the Team
Ashley brings the design eye and creative vision that gives each Palette wedding its distinct point of view. She approaches every celebration with a love of beautiful florals, thoughtful styling, and the personal touches that make a wedding feel entirely one of a kind.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where her love of weddings began and her career in wedding planning started more than 20 years ago. While her first event planned with Courtney was actually their senior prom on a yacht in the San Francisco Bay, Santa Barbara was where she planned her first wedding at the age of 20. Outside of weddings, Ashley loves traveling and discovering new destinations, trying new restaurants, and getting lost in a good murder mystery or thriller. With three boys (and four when you count her husband), Ashley is well-versed in chaos, quick problem-solving, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction — all skills that happen to come in very handy on a wedding day.

Courtney is a Northern California native who spent her college years in Hawaii, where she earned her degree in Hospitality and began her career in wedding planning. With a natural gift for logistics, relationships, and keeping every moving part in perfect order, she brings clarity and confidence to every wedding she touches. Known for her calm under pressure and deep vendor relationships, Courtney has a way of making even the most complicated moments feel completely manageable. Her warmth and attention to detail make couples feel taken care of from the very first call. Second paragraph - Outside of weddings, Courtney is a college football fan, a true crime enthusiast, and someone who genuinely enjoys figuring things out. In another life, she probably would have joined the CIA — which may explain why she is exceptionally good at anticipating problems before anyone else knows they exist.
