Tracy and Tim are a St Louis based couple that had fond memories of visiting Meadowood and the Napa Valley. They knew when they became engaged, they wanted to say their I Do’s back in California wine country! Most importantly, Tracy and Tim desired to create a Napa Valley wedding weekend celebration with their nearest and dearest.

An intimate, timeless design was what they were hoping to achieve, and Meadowood’s beautiful environment was sure to give this destination couple and their guests a beautiful California wedding experience. Of course, as their wine country wedding planners, we took the natural beauty and aesthetic of Meadowood and ran with it.

With their vision in mind, the greens, whites, and wood tones were our starting points when we designed this wedding. Firstly, Revel Floral’s amazing flowers created a timeless look that popped against the scenery. Likewise, Bourne Paper Co produced some wonderful wooden details such as the fun Seating Chart display, the etched wood Table Numbers, and all the classic beauty of the rentals from Theoni Collection.
